Terms of Use

Royal Slot Casino is a game, not a casino. The coins and gems in it are virtual, have no cash value, and cannot be won, cashed out or exchanged for anything of value. It is for players aged 18 and over.
These terms form an agreement between you and the publisher of Royal Slot Casino (“we”, “us”), covering the Royal Slot Casino iOS app (the “app”). Installing or playing the app means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please delete the app.
01Who may play
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. The app simulates casino games, and although no real money is involved, we restrict it to adults. If you are under 18, do not install or play it.
02Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. This licence does not transfer any ownership to you, and it ends if you break these terms.
03Coins, gems and other virtual items
- Coins and gems are a feature of the game, not property and not currency. You do not own them; you hold a limited, revocable permission to use them inside the app.
- They have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for money, goods, services or anything else of value, inside or outside the app.
- They cannot be sold, traded, gifted, transferred between devices or exchanged with other players.
- We may change balances, prices, payout tables, earning rates and the rules of any game at any time, including in ways that reduce what you hold.
- Virtual items are stored on your device. If you delete the app, change device, or lose the device, they are gone and cannot be restored. There is no cloud save and no recovery process.
- Nothing in the app is sold for real money. If that ever changes, these terms and the app's store page will say so before any purchase is possible.
04This is not gambling
The app offers no real-money wagering and no prizes of any kind. You cannot deposit money, you cannot withdraw money, and you cannot win money or anything that can be exchanged for money. Play is for entertainment only.
Practice or success in this app does not imply future success at real-money gambling. The odds, payouts and behaviour of the games are chosen to make an enjoyable game and do not represent the odds of any real casino game.
If you are worried about gambling, in the app or elsewhere, national help lines and free confidential support are available in most countries.
05What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the app, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted
- Tamper with saved data, memory or game logic to alter balances or outcomes
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease or sell the app or any part of it
- Use the app's artwork, sound, code or name in your own product or marketing
- Use the app for anything unlawful, or anywhere its use would be unlawful
06Ownership
The app, its source code, artwork, sound, name, logo and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Audio assets supplied under open licences are listed with their sources and licence terms in the NOTICE file included with the app. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
07Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the app or any of its games at any time, with or without notice. We are not obliged to keep the app available, to keep supporting any iOS version, or to preserve any progress or virtual items.
08No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising out of your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or ten euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. These limits do not affect mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
10Ending this agreement
You may end it at any time by deleting the app. We may end it if you break these terms. On termination, your licence stops and any virtual items are forfeited without compensation. Sections 06, 08, 09 and 11 survive termination.
11Apple
This agreement is between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version and date at the top will change, and material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
