Privacy Policy
Effective 28 July 2026 · Version 1.1
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to record anonymous usage — which games get opened, on what kind of device, in what country — tied to a random install ID rather than to you. There are no accounts, no advertising and no ad tracking, and your game progress never leaves the device.
This policy explains how Royal Slot Casino (the “app”) handles information. It applies to the iOS app and to everyone who installs it. “We” and “us” mean the publisher of the app. If anything here is unclear, write to info@desyllasgamesinternational.org and we will answer in plain terms.
01What we collect
We do not ask for your name, phone number, date of birth, precise location or payment details, and there is no registration or user profile. What the app does collect is usage measurement, through Google Analytics for Firebase:
- App instance ID — a random identifier created when you install the app. It is not your name, your email or your Apple ID, and it changes if you delete and reinstall.
- Events — which game you opened, whether the welcome survey was shown, sent, closed or failed to load, plus automatic events such as first launch, app updates and session start and end.
- Device and context — device model, operating system version, app version, language, and an approximate country or region derived from your IP address. Google does not give us your IP address itself.
This is measurement, not identification: it tells us that a device in a country opened Cherry Royale, not who did. We use it to decide which game to build next.
The app contains no advertising network and no social media integration. It does not read the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not build a profile of you across other apps or websites.
02The welcome survey
Some players are shown a short optional survey, which opens a page from our website inside the app. If you send it, we receive your answers, and your email address if you chose to give one. We use an email address only to reply to the answer you sent. We do not add it to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it.
The survey can be closed without sending anything. Nothing from it is collected unless you press the send button.
03What the app stores on your device
So that the game remembers where you left off, the app saves the following in its own storage area on your iPhone, using the standard iOS preferences system:
- Your coin and gem balance, level and experience points
- Gameplay statistics and unlocked achievements
- The time of your last free wheel spin
- Your sound, music and haptics settings
- The avatar picture you chose, if you set one
The avatar is a special case worth stating plainly: choosing a photo from your library, or taking one with the camera, copies that single picture into the app's own folder on your device. We never see it, it is not sent anywhere, and removing it in Settings or deleting the app deletes the copy. The app has no other access to your photo library or camera.
None of this is transmitted anywhere. Your balance, level and settings are never uploaded, and they are not part of what analytics reports. It stays in the app's sandbox, which other apps cannot read. Deleting the app removes all of it permanently.
04Network activity and Google as our processor
The app connects to Google's servers for two things, and nothing else:
- Analytics — sending the events described in section 01.
- Remote Config — asking for settings on launch, such as whether to show the welcome survey. This request carries the app instance ID and basic device information.
There is no cloud save, no leaderboard, no online multiplayer and no server of our own that the game talks to. Without a connection the app still works; the analytics it could not send is discarded or sent later.
Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC process this data on our behalf as our processor, under Google's own terms, and this can involve transfers to servers outside your country, including the United States, under the safeguards Google publishes. Google's handling of it is described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
05How long we keep it
Analytics events are retained on Google's servers for the period set in our Firebase project and are then deleted automatically. Survey answers are kept only as long as we need them to act on your feedback and reply to you.
06Device backups
If you have iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups switched on in iOS, Apple may include the app's saved data in those backups, exactly as it does for other apps. That is a function of your device settings, not of the app, and it is covered by Apple's privacy policy rather than this one. You can exclude the app from iCloud Backup in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
07Apple and the App Store
When you download the app, Apple processes the transaction and may share aggregate, anonymised statistics with us through App Store Connect — for example, how many downloads occurred in a country, or an anonymised crash report if you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers. We cannot identify individual users from this, and it is collected by Apple under Apple's terms, not ours.
08Children
The app simulates casino games and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and nothing we collect is designed to identify a person's age. If you believe a child has used the app and you want the associated data removed, write to us and we will do it.
09Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data held about you, and to object to it being sold or shared. We have never sold or shared personal data, and we do not do so now.
What we can act on depends on what we hold:
- Analytics. Tied to the random install ID, not to you, so we usually cannot connect it to a person who writes to us. You can cut it off entirely by deleting the app; reinstalling creates a new ID with no link to the old one.
- Survey answers. If you gave us an email address, we can find, send you a copy of, correct or delete everything attached to it. Just ask.
- Game progress. Held only on your device and under your control. Deleting the app deletes it.
To exercise any of this, or to ask what we hold, write to info@desyllasgamesinternational.org. Our legal basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding how the app is used; for the survey it is your consent, given by sending it.
10Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app introduces anything else that touches your data — cloud saves, purchases, leaderboards, advertising — we will update this policy and change the version and date at the top before that version is released. Material changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes. The current text always applies to the current release.
